There is no denying
That I am relying
On the irrationality
That the “third time’s the charm”
June was procrastination
July was conflagration
August was to complete an orbit
September seems ripe for the morbid
Now the path is clear
There is no need for fear
I see no promise
Just looming darkness

No long goodbye
No need to queue
