Let’s start with the notion of love as emotion An infinite loop of heartache and ecstasy
Of cheesecake and destiny, of snuggling and struggling, of promise and fondness that keeps us going from one moment to the next
Just to elaborate, love is the magical and the fanciful, of substance and indulgence
both metaphysical and whimsical, convivial and ethereal that binds and entwines us all
In the illusion that we are human
Love has the power to shower
Our lives with hope and a way to cope
I’d like to reiterate that Love is a cosmic narcotic, exotic and rhapsodic, addictive and suggestive, receptive and festive
Love is the medicinal cure
Love has the power to make a second last a lifetime, and conversely make one day seem like a fleeting moment. Love has the ability to turn a rational being into a lunatic. Better yet, love has the power to make the lonely feel needed, no longer haunted by a solitary existence
