I woke up early in the morning
And rolled softly in the bed
I found her sleeping softly
With an aura 'round her head
Her breathing was very subtle
With her body barely moving
But the rhythmic rise and fall
Was so spiritually soothing
These moments seem so precious
With a timeless quality
I enjoy the early morning
With a hopeful poignancy
