Early in the morning 
No coffee or no news
Hoping for my safety 
It's the Sunday laundromat blues
Washer is a churning 
Bearing needs replacement 
Time is moving slowly
I'm feeling so impatient 
I'm tumbling in the dryer 
Clothes will smell so fresh and clean 
Relaxing in the laundromat 
This is the weirdest dream 
Looking forward to some folding 
A sock has disappeared 
My heart is really broken 
How can I persevere?
My clothes are nicely folded
I'm ready for a snooze 
I'm fortunate to survive
