Imbued with a great deal of romanticism

Not for the faint of heart
It brings false hope to the lonely
Who like me are very homely
That there’s a one and only
Not for the tainted heart
Close enough to imagine how soft you feel
A forgone conclusion about your carnal appeal
Yet light years from hoping that this could be real
Not for the unaided heart
