Feeling down 
Constrained by self defeating notions
Time to break free
From gravity 
Erase the taint of mixed emotions 
I've been down and out
Filled with doubt
Cleanse my soul from bygone days
To skyward climb
With open mind
And leave behind habitual ways
Just seek the dream 
A hopeful theme
And journey to a spiritual bliss
Soar high and low
Towards freedom go
And revel in the hug and kiss
