Accumulating - ON WRITING AND RUNNING

I'm accumulating cumulus to cloud my feeble brain
I've been having fogged up feelings that've been driving me insane
I need to find a way to clarify the view
I'm looking for the gateway to start my life anew
I'm accumulating metaphors to fill my feeble mind
I'm focused on the future and leave the past behind
I hope to bring some clarity to the path that lies ahead
I'm verging on the happy and no longer filled with dread
I'm accumulating empathy to energize my soul
It unifies the psyche and gives me some control
There is some apprehension laced with bits of sanity
I'm basking in the knowledge of renewed humanity
I'm accumulating destiny to add to my endeavor
I'm relying on the mindset that this will last forever
I'm open to the notion that everything is dear
No more squandering or wandering, the pathway is quite clear
